Expertly designed for large-scale Frio relaxation, these cabins sleep up to 20 with four bedrooms (ten beds: two with king beds & two rooms with two sets of queen bunk beds), four full baths (walk-in showers in king rooms & tub + shower in bunk queens), and a separate shared living space with a large gourmet kitchen and vaulted ceilings. The surrounding mountains are the backdrop for expansive patios and an interior courtyard designed for making the most of the outdoors with your friends and family.
Each cabin will have a full kitchen, its own BBQ area & fire ring to take advantage of the outdoors, TV, & Wifi.
getaway Cabins
With Frio getaways as its specialty, the small cabins sleep up to four with one bedroom (king bed in bedroom & pull-out couch in living space), one full bath, closest proximity to the pool, river, & bar.
Each cabin will have its own covered patio, BBQ area & fire ring to take advantage of the outdoors, TV, & Wifi.
RV Sites
Tried & true, Camp Cold Springs has been a haven for road-based traveling since its inception and will continue to be the premier place to park & enjoy the Frio for generations to come.
Each RV site has full hookups, 20/30/50 amp power, Wi-Fi, a short walk to the river, as well as access to the bath house, pickleball court, and office/store.

You know you’re a Frio Fanatic when you plan to stay five or more nights & are ready to lock-in your 2026 Frio trip before everyone else.

This is the tier if you don’t want to risk missing out on your Frio fix in 2026 but aren’t looking at staying more than four nights.
You still get to book before the general public starting August 25, 2025 for dates starting January 1, 2026.
