We strive to provide a peaceful, family-friendly outdoor experience for all of our guests.

We want you to enjoy the beautiful area & your time with friends and family.

Our golden rule is to please be respectful of nature, our property, and your fellow guests while visiting. For the fine print, see below.

  • RV Sites

    Standard RV Sites: Check-in 1 PM | Check-out 11 AM

    RV Lodging Sites: Check-in 3PM | Check-out 10AM

    Your personal vehicle’s length needs to be taken into account when booking your site. If you cannot fit into reserved site you may be forced to move or park your personal vehicle in the overflow parking area.

    AMENITIES: All RV sites have full hookups with water, 30 & 50 amp electrical service, sewer and high-speed wi-fi.

    RV Lodging Notes
    - Awning feature is disconnected and not available for use.
    - Bath towels not supplied.
    - Bedding for dinette and sofa sleepers not supplied. Full-size sheets recommended.

    Texas Law requires that sewer hoses are connected using a threaded connector or rubber donut.

  • Vehicles & Visitors

    RV Sites: 1 Car Max

    Please help us with vehicle congestion by parking neatly in designated parking areas only. Do not park on the grass, bathhouse, or river.

    Additional vehicles must be approved by the office, tagged, charged $5 per day, and parked in the overflow lot.

    No recreational vehicles (e.g., four-wheelers, rangers, golf carts) are allowed on the property. Disabled guests will be accommodated.

    Late arrivals will need to notify the office so we can make arrangements for you to collect the gate access card.

    Visitors are welcome after purchasing a day pass at the front desk. Day passes are first-come-first-serve and are limited. Please email for current rates.

  • Pets

    All pets must be on a leash when outside of RV. Leash can be no longer than six feet and must be handled by a person of adequate strength to ensure it cannot break loose. All pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time. Should a pet display aggression or another guest complain to management about a pet's behavior it is solely at the management's discretion whether the pet be removed from the property. Camp Cold Springs assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for the actions of any animal resulting in injury or damage. Owners must have shot records in their possession while on the property. Pet fences are permitted when approved by management, directly adjacent to your RV, and attended to and within eyesight at all times.

    During the peak season, there is a limit of two dogs per RV site. The pet fee is $2.50/night per pet. A fee of $50/night will be assessed for not complying with the pet policy.

    Pets are not allowed in the RV Lodging sites.

  • Check-In / Check-Out

    Please check-in at the front office upon arrival to receive your wristbands and car passes. If you are arriving late, please pick up a late arrival envelope in the box beside the front door of the store then come back in the morning to get your wristbands and complete registration.

    All trash must be taken out and placed in the outside trash receptacle.

    All cigarette butts and trash outside must be picked up and disposed of properly.

    Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

    Check-in 1 PM | Check-out: 11 AM

  • Deposits & Cancellations

    The deposit required to confirm your reservation is 50% of the total base rate for your stay before tax. The balance of the rental will be due 45 days before your arrival date. Any extra fees will be assessed upon departure.

    Late arrivals and early departures are charged for the entire reserved stay. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the deposit. Any extra amount paid toward the rental will be returned in full. If you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of any money that you have already paid toward the rental.

    Cancellations must be made by phone to avoid any misunderstanding.

    THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR RIVER CONDITIONS.

  • On-site Rules

    Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. The five mph speed limit is strictly enforced on the property. No car stereos played at the sites, and please use a small radio. Please respect your fellow guest’s enjoyment concerning noise and lights and do not cut through other guests’ sites when walking or driving around the property. No recreational vehicles (e.g., four-wheelers, rangers, golf carts) are allowed on the property. Disabled guests will be accommodated. No firearms (including BB guns and airsoft guns, slingshots, bows) are permitted on the property. No water balloons, confetti eggs. NO SMOKING IN THE PUBLIC BATHS, and always dispose of cigarette butts and trash properly. Guests must be 21 years or older to book.

    Do not spotlight, harass, chase, or throw items at the wildlife, including deer and birds.

  • Rates & Occupancy

    RV’s base daily rate is for four (4) people. Each additional person is $4 per night. A maximum of eight (8) people per RV site is allowed. An “additional person” is any person of walking age and older.

    All guests will be provided a Camp Cold Springs wristband to be worn during their stay. Wristbands are used to identify CCS guests on the property and at the pool. No tents are allowed on our property.

  • Amenities

    Camp Cold Springs’ guests have access to our river frontage, basketball court, pickleball court, washer pits and other amenities. There is a store on-site where guests can purchase ice, ice cream, and river gear (Sandals, Bathing Suites, Board Shorts and T-shirts, etc.), as well as rent tubes and get the latest tubing information.

  • Day Passes

    Day passes are $10/person and parking is $5/vehicle. Parking is in the Overflow Parking Area.

    Day passes are sold on a first come, first served basis during office hours only. Availability is based on campground capacity.

    Day pass guest rules:
    • Campground is available 9 AM - 9 PM
    • No pets
    • No grills
    • No glass bottles
    • Music must be kept at a conversational level (subject to management’s discretion)
