With roots deep in Concan, the Frio River is our home, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We strive to provide a peaceful, family-friendly outdoor experience for all of our guests. We want you to enjoy the beautiful area and your time with friends and family. Our golden rule is to please be respectful of nature, our property, and your fellow guests while visiting.

When this property became available in late 2022 a group of friends and families knew it was an opportunity of a lifetime. After roughly eight months the property had been revitalized and was welcoming its first guest in May 2023.

There are some grand plans for the future, as this is only Phase 1. Join us on an adventure you absolutely will want to be a part of!

Alexa Management was formed to build hospitality experiences that cater to seekers of the new, the local, and the authentic when they travel.
